Community Manager

What you'll be doing:

• Planning, organising, and leading weekly community flights
• Moderating the Discord server and keeping things friendly
• Answering basic support questions and routing important enquiries to the team
• Helping shape community events, competitions, and sponsored giveaways
• Being the face of Stratoware's community (energetic, approachable)

What we're looking for:

• Passion and plenty of experience in helicopter flight simulation
• Strong communication skills
• Someone organised, reliable, and punctual
• Availability of 12 hours per week, focused on weekends and evenings
